Here is what Skin For Life’s Tushar Shah had to say during a recent interview.


Q: What is the strength behind Skin for Life?
A:  Our commitment to providing excellent customer service. Our staff members answer phone calls promptly, process orders and help assist customers by providing ways of incorporating purchased items with their menu of services; thereby, giving our customers the best possible way of bringing more dollars to their spa by educating their clientele with the possibility of excellent treatment results. This creativity makes Skin for Life customers feel individualized when promoting certain aspects of treatments and products to their clientele.

We also assist our customers with promoting their website and credentials, giving them the ability to link to our Facebook and Skype pages thereby providing another avenue for them to promote their brand. In addition, our unlimited access with webinars, YouTube and website assistance gives our customers security with always receiving an answer to their questions and or concerns, along with being able to reach out for assistance with service, education, and customer service.

The formula for success starts with our customer base and the dedication we strive on a daily basis, to try and meet every customer’s expectation. Skin for Life works with small spa owners and large corporate spa owners; we give everyone the same dedication no matter the size.

Q: How many reps do you have and what territories do they represent?

A:  Skin for Life representatives, distributors and international representatives are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, training and education for Skin for Life products. We work as a team with maintaining schedules, training commitments and supporting questions and/or concerns. The corporate office is the base with providing direction and keeping continuity with our support team. We have representatives in Louisiana, Texas, Florida, California, Canada and the U.K. In addition, we have distributors in the U.S. as well as Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico and Asia.

Q: How do you partner with your clients to achieve Skin for Life’s goals?

A:  Our promise to our customers is that we only sell to licensed professionals. Proprietary pricing and ingredient composition are only available after we have verified their state licensing status. We do not allow vendors to sell our products online. We have found our customers appreciate the exclusivity that protects their professionalism with our skin care.

Skin for Life’s staff has many years of experience helping spa owners with designing protocols and menus for both existing and new businesses. We are here to provide knowledge and help them think through the steps, such as: treatments, retail, menu ideas, providing open house assistance, ongoing training and education, and marketing support.

 Our long term goal is to reach the masses and let everyone know that quality customer service does exist. We are here to assist with all of our customer’s skin care interests and give them the support they look for when choosing a skin care company.

 

Q: What sets you apart from other manufacturers?

A:  Innovation and our drive to look into the future of skin care is what sets Skin for Life apart from other manufacturers. As a skin care company, we wanted to have a higher potential to enhance, improve and maintain the integrity of skin. Skin for Life pure science LSS delivery professional skin care interacts with the skin’s surface to sustain the first initial response with skin immunity.

Selecting validated ingredients that are not bias to skin types, conditions or colors is an idea that we have implemented as being the future of skin care. The idea of reinventing the same concept was not an option for us. We wanted fresh and new, and we have embraced bio-technology with what benefits long term results.

LSS delivery “Life Sustaining System” this trademarked technology brought everything into perspective for Skin for Life. Incorporating immunity peptides and amino acids in a nanosphere technology, gives a higher potential of effectiveness with all skin; without stress.

Our customer base has found they could correct without irritation, they could perform progressive and aggressive treatments as long as they had support of the immunity peptides and amino acids. Our customer base realized they could maintain an effective treatment without post trauma that may potentially have a long term concern for their clientele.

This unique concept is long overdue for skin no matter type, condition or color. Skin for Life has brought LSS delivery to life; where our focus is to sustain healthy skin with a system that is long lasting with long term results.

Q: Are there any new products in development?

A:  Lightening and Brightening! We are incorporating a new ingredient into Skin for Life pure science LSS delivery – sodium ascorbyl phosphate – the newest ingredient with pigment brightening properties. This will be an add-on ingredient to Skin for Life pure science LSS delivery to support our customer clientele’s various pigment concerns; such as solar lentigenes, melasma and chloasma; whether superficial or dermal related. This ingredient is new to the industry and has had great success with clinical testing; regarding various pigmented concerns and with all skin types and colors. We should have serums and concentrates by the summer of 2012.

Q: What do you think about the future of Skin for Life?

A:  Until 2005, Skin for Life was primarily considered to be an equipment company. Since then, we have added our professional skin care line to support the progressive treatments within the aesthetic industry; when used in conjunction, our equipment and skin care line successfully complement each other. Due to the increased volume of our Skin for Life pure science LSS delivery skin care line, we humbly report, that we can foresee a time when Skin for Life will become its own entity.

The overwhelming interest and results our customers have been seeing makes it clear, with change comes growth and development. Our customers want to grow with us and help us make a difference in skin and give their clientele the performance of Skin for Life pure science LSS delivery professional skin care.

Q: What education and customer service support do you offer clients – initially and long-term?

A:  Skin for Life never thinks short term. When the first initial contact is made with a customer, our thoughts are focused on a long term customer service relationship. We want to give them the attention they require for longevity, with their staff and to enhance productivity within their business.

Customer service and education are stressed at Skin for Life; they both compliment and balance one another. Every response from a customer via e-mail, phone or social media is taken very seriously; knowing customers are potentially enhancing their business by becoming more innovative with giving their clientele the most updated science in the aesthetic industry.

We provide our customers with training, education and service with one on one contact through our service, education and customer service department; allowing us to have a long term connection with supporting their present and future interests.

It is our pleasure to assist our customers, no matter what subject of interest they may have. As a result, our customers will always speak to a real-life person, not an auto-attendant. Most importantly … our customers will always have their questions answered!

Q: Does Skin for Life support any particular causes or charitable organizations?

A:  Our parent company Lifeline Medical, Inc. supports AmeriCares disaster relief and humanitarian medical aid to people in crisis in the U.S. and around the world. In support of this organization we donate medical supplies and cardiology equipment.
