The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) announced the top three winners of the 10th annual Young Designers’ Competition at an awards dinner held in New York City. For the first time, the winners all came from the American Academy of Art in Chicago. First place winner is Meghan Seal; Dawid Tylka, the second place winner; and Horacio Acevedo was the third place winner.
