Pleasant, crisp breezes accompanied DERMASCOPE Magazine and Les Nouvelles Esthétiques & Spa in welcoming attendees to the Pennsylvania Convention Center for the final installment of the 2013 International Congress of Esthetics and Spa tradeshows in Philadelphia, Penn., on October 27th and 28th.
Hosted by licensed aesthetician, massage therapist, and publisher of DERMASCOPE Magazine William Strunk, General Session was sponsored this year by two distinguished companies in our industry – CIRCADIA by Dr. Pugliese and PCA skin®.

In addition to General Session, attendees had several educational opportunities to choose from. In total, there were 27 educational classes and 40 product knowledge trainings, not including the
demonstrations taking place each day on the stages located inside the exhibit hall. From the General Session, Demonstration Stages, and Manufacturers’ Workshops to the Medical Aesthetics Seminars; Salon/Spa Business Management Seminars; Cutting-Edge Salon/Spa Business Seminars; Medical Facilities, Aesthetic and Wellness Center Track Seminars; Image Seminars; Aesthetics International Association Education Classes; Medical Spa Business Seminars; and National Aesthetic Spa Network Classes… there was a plethora of aesthetic education for everyone.
Throughout both days, the aisles on the tradeshow floor overflowed with attendees who were focused and excited to learn about the products available to them; in addition to providing them with a great opportunity to network with exhibitors and fellow professionals. As the positive energy flowed among the crowd and exhibitors it was impossible to not relish in the excitement and inspiration it created. Attendees, educators and exhibitors unanimously agree that this year’s Philadelphia tradeshow was a phenomenal success!

Both attendees and exhibitors of the ICES Philadelphia tradeshow were invited to the DERMASCOPE booth to take a fun picture with the staff. The Publishers, William and Patricia Strunk, engaged with the picture-takers and invited them to take their own snapshots to put on their website or social media page.
