My favorite time of year is here! I love the fall, although I have NO idea where the summer went… or this whole year for that matter. What I do know is that it has been a year of reflection, for myself, as well as for so many others. The big question I pose to you is: What have you done with the lessons, heartaches, opportunities, and “reflections” of 2010? I hope you have done amazing things, and you know what? If you haven’t, there is still time left! The end of the year is the perfect time to “reflect” on the last several months and begin to strategize for ending the year with a bang, and starting the new on F-I-R-E!!!!!
So, let’s begin:
- First: Choose two products or treatments (or one of each) to feature for a fall finale.
- Second: Go one whole day without saying the word “NO.” (You can say anything comparable, but not the actual word “NO.”)
- Third: Go another whole day without saying the word “I.” (Again, anything except the actual word “NO.”)
- Fourth: Take off one afternoon – no kids, no partner, no phone, no computer, no nothing – except YOU!
- Fifth: Decide now, on one thing you want to change about yourself. It can be work related or personal; either way, choose it and change it… NOW!
- Sixth: Get online and join the amazing network of professionals, businesses, manufacturers, and educators at aestheticsprofessional.com. AIA is providing every one of you with a tool to grow your business, enhance your knowledge, network, and connect to your profession from the east coast to the west, and distances well beyond!
I always look at this time of the year as my new beginning, after all, why wait until January 1st? Crisp air, cool nights, brilliant changes in color (at least here in the Northeast), a new school year, and the optimal time for businesses to ignite. Take advantage of every season, every opportunity, and take advantage of AIA; that is what we are here for!
