When I’m not seeing clients… I love to cook, read books, and travel. I love visiting spas in other parts of the country and trying their signature treatments. So far my favorite has to be the The Chocolate Fondue Wrap at The Spa at The Hotel Hershey. It was like becoming a candy bar.
Dreaming of… the retreat I take every year with my mother. We always have the best time. I can’t wait for my own daughter to get a little older, so she can join us.
If I weren’t an aesthetician… I would be a sportscaster for ESPN. I grew up in a household of boys, so sports have always been a big part of my life.
Best skin care tip… My daughter had eczema in the folds behind her knees and in her elbows. We tried everything, but couldn’t get it under control. I finally tried the Extreme Barrier Cream by Epionce. It worked wonderfully. Now any time she has a flare-up, I dab a little on the spot for a couple of days and get it back in check.
My home… is my haven! I love curling up with a good book, a blanket, and a cup of hot tea after my kids are in bed and unwinding.
Favorite fall trend… Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks.
Obsession… Education. I am constantly taking classes and reading my trade journals. I love learning new techniques or information that I can share with my clients to enhance their experience every time they come in for an appointment.
The best thing about turning 40… Not quite there yet.
Guilty pleasure… miniature Heath candy bars.
