If you suddenly found $1,000 spare cash, how would you spend it? I would spend it on more education for my staff as they love to learn.

How many hours have you dedicated to continuing education since you’ve graduated? I have dedicated too many to count. I am always educating myself on products, new services, and business applications.

What’s your biggest distraction at work? Always making sure my staff is happy and on track.

What’s your favorite treatment to give/receive? I love a great facial.

What networking strategies have been successful for your spa? I have done a lot of social media from Faceook to LinkedIn. I have found them to be very successful.

In your business, where do your best referrals come? Most of my referrals come from word of mouth and building relationships. People do business with people they know and trust.

How do you feel about mandatory continuing education for license renewal? I agree with this, we must stay on top of things to grow as professionals.

Do you double dip? Never! I find this horrible.

Do you feel it is appropriate to perform bikini/Brazilian waxes in the spa? Yes, my spa does a great job with this.
