Currently, Grove serves as chairman of ON Light Sciences, an early-stage company developing products for accelerated removal of tattoos and pigmented lesions. His credentials include co-founding Star Medical Technologies and serving as co-founder, chief technical officer, and chief executive officer of TRIA Beauty.
