Why is your primary skin care brand your ultimate go-to, and how has it helped you become one of the best professionals in the industry?

iS Clinical is a results-driven brand, and we have seen results in a matter of weeks, as opposed to months with other lines. When clients experience their first 30, 60, or 90 days with the product range, they are eager to add more to their homecare. Having just moved to iS Clinical from another line, this is especially important for our brand loyalty as clients are able to recognize the hard work that went into making the decision to switch.

 

Why did you choose the brand and how did you find out about them?

The brand approached us in early 2019, and after months of testing and research, I made the decision to pull my existing range from the shelves and move over to iS Clinical in 2020. This was our first product line transition, so it was a bit scary. The evidence backing this brand’s success was clear, and the support from their local representative was so helpful.

 

How do you stay educated with this brand?

We connect with our representative regularly and also listen to their educational webinars through their online training portal. Hopefully, we will be back to in-person educational opportunities soon.

 

What benefits do your clients see from using the retail of the brand?

Skin texture, tone, and firmness improvement are seen immediately after implementing iS Clinical products. Clients also appreciate that the brand is pharmaceutical grade, meaning they perform quickly and are highly concentrated – a little product goes a long way.

 

How do you promote yourself and the brand?

Our clients do the majority of our promoting. We have been built on referrals, which carries a lot of weight. Clients love that they have friends and family that come to us. It is like a private little club.

 

Besides working with the brand, what else has helped you become one of the best?

My team, hands down, has helped me become one of the best. Each of them is committed to their careers and seek out opportunities for advancement and continuing education on their own. They work beautifully in a team setting, and we all have incredible relationships with one another. There is so much support within my business, and I am eternally grateful for my team.

 

What is your educational background, and how do you continue your education in the industry?

Before entering aesthetics, I studied hospitality management at Kansas State University. The hospitality side of my education has played an impactful role in the time spent in the beauty industry. I take as many certification opportunities as possible and never allow myself to become stagnant in the field.

 

How long have you been practicing and why did you choose this field?

Eleven years ago, my best friend introduced me to the world of skin care after I realized the restaurant industry was not a long-term fit for me.

 

How do you give back to the industry or community?

We donate monthly to a local organization called Lullaby of Hope, a company that sends curated gift boxes to women struggling with infertility and miscarriage. Their work is very dear to my heart, and we feel honored that we are able to gift such a thoughtful package to someone each month.
