I’ve always used a steamer but from these IG influencers, it seems it’s not a popular option anymore… But do warm towels really offer the same thing?

The short answer is no – warms towels don’t offer the same benefits as a steamer. I’d recommend offering what your clients are asking for but if you do want to continue using a steamer be prepared to explain the benefits if you get asked.
